Philanthropy - The Philanthropy committee has been meeting regularly since July, 2023.

Our 2023-2024 focus is volunteer activities and awareness of our community needs which include:

Caring Committee

The Caring Committee is a volunteer committee that was established in 2016 as a support group for ECNC members who are in need of extra assistance and/or support during a personal illness or personal loss. Through the years the committee members have been able to assist members with various services for someone who is in the hospital or home-bound including but not limited to: transportation to/from doctor appointments, grocery shopping, meal preparation, or simply visiting with someone who is ill.

Caring Committee Guidelines:

All inquiries should be communicated to the current Caring Committee Chairwomen. As every situation is unique the committee will work with the individual and/or caregiver to determine what assistance is required. When a request has been made to the Chairwomen, an email will be sent out to the Caring Committee members with detailed information of who is requesting assistance, where the assistance is needed, and for how long. It is the responsibility of the Caring Committee members to communicate with the Chairwomen what assistance they can provide to ensure all the needs are being met.
