Will you leave a legacy to your loved ones? Casey Schwartz, a local Mt. P attorney, has an estate planning practice that focuses on empowering families with improved lives today and a legacy for tomorrow. Casey's presentation will answer the question: what happens today if something happens to you? She will give a broad overview of estate planning law in South Carolina that includes guardianship, probate, wills, and trusts---as well as how to update your plan from another state. She will provide each attendee with a worksheet for note-taking and will show you how to take the necessary steps in your estate planning process.
